Fra le isole dell'arcipelago è senz'altro la più scoscesa ed accidentata, e per questa sua caratteristica offre i più interessanti esempi di formazioni granitiche, che in molti tratti della costa assumono forme definibili davvero “artistiche”. Uno dei punti veramente straordinari di Razzoli è ad esempio la Cala del Rosario nella costa settentrionale, con le sue incredibili rocce.
